Our oil paintings are usually rolled up and sent in a carton pipe package, in order to keep low the transportation cost. This kind of packaging is absolutely safe for preserving paintings during the transport.
Express couriers are used to ship the goods in within Italy (delivery time 1-2 working days). The same delivery means is use to ship the goods to the EC countries (delivery in 2-5 working days) excluding some islands of remote areas. The shipment to all the other countries is done by Post service but on customer request and subject to the payment of an extra cost we can use a faster ways of shipment. An online tracking service is guaranteed for all the previously mentioned way of shipment excluding the Post service one.
On previous request, and paying us an additional cost of 5 Euros the paintings can be shipped by cash on delivery. This kind of service is not available for all Countries. The cash on delivery shipments addressed outside Italy can be made only by Post service and therefore the delivery time will be longer than the ones of the goods paid in advance. In case of standard shipment services we can send up to 5 paintings rolled up without any additional costs.
Whoever wishes to receive the painting on a stretcher or ornamental frame, needs to get information about the additional shipment cost in advance. In this case cash on delivery shipment is allowed!
Oil paintings with stretching frame:
Once mounted on their stretching frame, the paintings are carefully packed in order to avoid any damage during transportation. We need to point out that once the canvas mounting on stretcher frame is requested, the customer releases the right of withdrawal, this means that he will not be allowed to cancel his order nor to return the painting back only because he is not satisfied about his purchasing (see Terms of Sale).
